The All-Purpose Flour is a mixture of durum and soft wheat, white in color. It is the most easy to use flour, it offers us great flexibility in its use and we believe that it should not be missing from our kitchen. Easily, we shape and spread the doughs and give them the shape of our liking in both confectionery and cooking. Ideal flour for kneading by hand, for the baker and for making breads in the hull without kneading that require only a simple mixing of their ingredients.


In which recipes is flour used for all uses

The name of the flour says it all: use it to make all the recipes without fear. Make dough for pizzas and tarts, and all baked goods, fluffy breads such as walnut bread, cheese bread, garlic bread, pancakes, pies, crepes, pasta, cakes, patties, sponge cakes, peinirli, croissants, muffins. Make a mixture to bread the chicken before frying.

We suggest adding seeds to your pastries, such as flaxseed, sunflower seeds, pumpkin seeds, pine nuts, sesame seeds, nuts, sun-dried tomatoes, cheese, olives, flavor them with sesame seeds, anise. Also, mix all-purpose flour with other flours such as carob flour or zeas.
