Rockrose is a green shrub also called cistus and grows everywhere in spring. It produces beautiful and fragile purple flowers. Its dried leaves and flowers are used to make drinks. Its dried leaves are light in texture, the smell of its drink leaves sweet, mild aromas and its taste is very light earthy. We think we can enjoy it better when we put a sweetener of our choice in our cup.

Use the cistus to make a drink, soaking a few of its leaves in a cup of hot water for 10 minutes. Strain, serve, add honey or sweetener of your choice and enjoy!
