How to prepare Winter herbal blend

To enjoy a Winter herbal blend, it is ideal to preheat the cup we will use, pouring hot water over it. Then, heat water (95-100 degrees) and fill the cup. Put 1/2 tbsp. tea mixture in the filter or in an egg for drinks in the cup with hot water and stays in it for 3-4 minutes.

Tips:

Always use fresh water and not water left in the teapot or kettle for hours.
Do not leave the tea bag in the cup while drinking it because its taste will be greatly altered.
