The Euphrasia is a small plant which grows from July until September. It offers us a distillate of astringent taste with dark color, earthy aroma. 3 minutes of soaking it in hot water is the ideal time for its aroma to emerge.

How to prepare a drink with euphrasia

Pour for 3-5 minutes in hot water a few eufrasia leaves. Strain, serve and enjoy.

Tips:

  • Always use fresh water and not water that has remained in the teapot or kettle for hours.
  • Do not leave the tea bag in the cup while drinking it because the taste of the drink will be greatly altered.
  • Add the sweetener of your choice.
  • After making it, place it in the fridge to enjoy it and cold if you wish.
