The knotgrass is a wild shrub that grows easily in uncultivated lands from June to November. Its flowers are pink and white like ostriches while its twigs when dried are dark brown in color and hard in texture. The taste of its drink is mild, soft, earthy and its aroma distinctive woody. The bird-loving and grass-weed is also called Polygon.


How to use the knotgrass

With the knotgrass we make an infusion, simply by soaking a few sprigs in hot water for ten minutes. Strain it, serve and drink it. If desired, add a sweetener of your choice.
