Exceptional Variety Of Oolong Tea
Cost per kilo 60,00 €

A beverage made from tender Oolong tea leaves uniquely formed into well-wrapped balls to keep and maintain their aroma sealed within. And when they are dipped into hot water, they unfold, releasing their unique scent and distinctive flavor.

Oolong is a variety of tea with little caffeine that has undergone a semi-oxidation process (compared to black tea which undergoes a complete oxidation process while green tea not at all) and its taste is more reminiscent of green tea.

How to prepare an Oolong tea drink

To enjoy an Oolong tea drink, ideally, you should preheat the cup we are going to use by pouring hot water into it. Then, heat water (95-100 degrees) and fill the cup. We put 1/2 teaspoon of tea mixture in the tea filters or in a tea egg inside the cup with the hot water and leave it in for 3-4 minutes.

Tips:

Always use fresh water, not water that has remained in the teapot or kettle for hours.

Do not leave the tea bag in the cup while drinking it as it will greatly distort the taste.

Oolong tea becomes heavy and bitter when left in water for a long time.

After preparing it, place it in the fridge to enjoy it cold if you wish.
