In which recipes is apple cider vinegar used?

Apple cider vinegar finds uses in cooking as its sour taste discourages us from adding salt to food. Use it to make pickles, meat sauces, dressings and vinaigrettes for salads. Put it in legumes e.g. lentils, in soups, mix it with olive oil and lemon juice and marinate meats, poultry and vegetables before cooking. Add a little apple cider vinegar to the dough doughs, especially in gluten-free flours to make them more elastic and easy to make during the kneading process.
