How Tempura is used in recipes

Mix 150gr tempura flour with 180ml cold water to make a porridge in which you can dip chicken or pork bites, vegetables, shrimp, fruit. Then fry them in plenty of hot seed oil until they acquire a golden color.

  • Use only cold water to mix it with Tempura.
  • Use the exact amount of flour listed to achieve an ideal crunchy result.
  • Avoid using Tempura to fry very watery vegetables e.g. tomato and cucumber.
