St. John's wort is a perennial and popular weed that is said to have been used in antiquity as a wound healer. It grows in June, has a yellow-green color on its leaves and grows yellow flowers with small black spots. Its oil is obtained by extracting part of its flowers in olive oil in the sun. It has a purple color, mild smells and a dense texture and finds use in spreading on our skin.
