Oats are the most popular cereal that is mainly used by the whole family for breakfast or afternoon snack.

However, you can use water instead of milk, but add spices and salt to taste and cinnamon or vanilla powder to flavor. Prepare your breakfast, pour in a deep bowl milk and oats along with other cereals such as quinoa, buckwheat, add fruit, flaxseed, nuts and pieces of chocolate.
Use oat bran instead of flour and make cupcakes, cakes and muffins, crackers, breadsticks and all the pastry and sprinkle with oat flakes.
Use it instead of breadcrumbs and make burgers and meatballs.
Make a mixture of oats, oil and spices to bread the chicken before frying.
Put it in yogurt with honey, cinnamon, raisins, cranberries and fruits of your choice.
Make smoothies with peanut butter.
