Oats are the most popular cereal used in cooking, baking, breakfast or afternoon snacks.
Oatmeal comes from the whole seed. Oat bran contains only the bran of its seed and is used in many cooking recipes mainly to thicken them such as e.g. soups and creams.
Use the oat bran to prepare a delicious, nutritious, creamy meal by pouring the milk of your choice, the oat bran into a deep bowl and enriching it with nuts, fruits, seeds, tahini or honey. However, you can use water instead of milk, but add spices and salt to taste and cinnamon or vanilla powder to flavor. You can either soak it or boil it, stirring constantly so that it does not clump. A rich meal that will give you energy and vitality and will keep you full for many hours. And most importantly: everyone can easily and quickly prepare it.
In which recipes do we use oat bran
Use it instead of flour and make cupcakes and muffins, crackers, breadsticks and all the baked goods.
Use the anti for breadcrumbs and make burgers and meatballs,
Make cereal bars with ingredients of your choice e.g. honey, sesame seeds, raisins, almonds, walnuts and dried fruits
Make pancakes with egg white and toss them with jam or melted chocolate and banana or tahini with fruit or honey and cinnamon
Make oatmeal (boil the oat bran with water or milk for a few minutes until it becomes a pulp) and melt the apples in the blender, mix them with the oatmeal and sprinkle with cinnamon powder or ginger powder.
