Greek nuhaki rice is hard white rice and is suitable for all foods. The result it gives to our delicacies is neither too spiced nor too thick. We would say it is an all food rice.

The clove rice is used to make , meatball rice, cabbage rice, zucchini rice, prasso rice, spinach rice, lentil rice, chickpea rice, mussel pilaf, octopus pilaf, tomato soup with rice.

Make fried rice, mix it with fresh vegetables, legumes, bacon and flavor with spices such as curry and star anise, saffron or add Asian, Indian or hot spices. Use it in turkey stuffing and stuff zucchini flowers.

This product may contain traces of nuts, oats, celery, soy and glouten.
