Balsamic cream is a dark syrup with vinegar, with a thick, velvety texture, intense, sweet, pleasant aroma and sweet and sour taste and finds multiple uses in cooking. We would characterize balsamic as an essential ingredient in our kitchen because it comes to highlight and take off delicious recipes that show us boring and immune. Most of us just pour it in green salads of raw vegetables, but with the balsamic cream we make incredible flavors, caramel sauces, dips and dressings for all meats and vegetables.

In which recipes is the balsamic cream used

Give a honeyed taste to the meats that you will cook in a hull in the oven. Make a dressing with mustard, olive oil and honey and pour it over brisket, steaks, pork chops, chicken, turkey. Make a sweet sauce with balsamic cream, mustard, honey, garlic powder, red sweet pepper and rosemary and pour it over the grilled vegetables (mushrooms, zucchini, eggplant, peppers, onions, tomatoes).


Pour the balsamic cream in most salads: green salads, tomato salads, quinoa and buckwheat salads, legume salads, vegetable salads (Brussels sprouts, beets,)

Pour it over baby beans, green beans. Make sauces and pour them over saganaki, feta and fava.
