Pu erh is a variety of Chinese tea known for its stimulant properties, which has undergone a fermentation process and is known by its names as pu'er, Heicha and dark tea. A drink that accompanies pleasant sweet desserts.


How to prepare Pu erh tea drink

To enjoy a Pu erh tea drink, it is ideal to preheat the cup we will use, pouring hot water over it. Then, heat water (95-100 degrees) and fill the cup. Put 1/2 tbsp. Tea mixture in tea filters or in a tea egg in the cup with hot water and stays in it for 3-4 minutes.

Tips:

  • Always use fresh water and not water that has remained in the teapot or kettle for hours.
  • Do not leave the tea bag in the cup while drinking it because its taste will be greatly altered.
  • Pu erh tea when left in water for a long time, becomes heavy and bitter
  • After making it, place it in the fridge to enjoy it and cold if you wish.
