Ashwagandha is a short shrub that grows orange-yellow flowers and small berries that look a lot like berries. It belongs to the category of adaptive plants and is used in Ayurveda. Ashwagandha is an ancient herb that grows in the Middle East, India and North Africa. Also called Chinese ginseng or Chinese cherry. In us you will find it in the form of powder, off-white color and rich texture. The smell and taste of her drink is intensely sweet.

How to make a drink with ashwagandha

Pour hot water into a cup and add 1/2 tsp. asvaganda powder. To enjoy it better, add 1 tbsp. honey. But you can add it to smoothies, add it to your coffee or juice.
