Rice with great resistance to mixing, which means that it does not muddy, does not become like pulp, acquires a full texture without altering the shape of the grain.


Risotto is the gourmet choice on our table, it is a highly versatile food, its technique is simple but requires its correct execution steps with precision, it takes less than half an hour of cooking and we enjoy it either plain or as an accompaniment to other dishes.
