Couscous from fine Greek durum wheat flour, which is made by a small family business in the heart of the Macedonian land in Pella, which with impeccable care makes a series of pasta from excellent local raw materials in suitable places to keep its products unchanged flavors and their ingredients.

Couscous is cooked like pasta, it can be cooked in many ways and the recipes that can be used are endless. So prepare for you and your family delicious and filling meals, side dishes and salads with couscous. Instead of rice or potatoes, cook couscous and accompany all meats, pork chops, chicken, meatballs, burgers, fish. Use the turkey stuffing, make stuffed tomatoes and peppers, kale and dolmadas and use it for the stuffing instead of rice. Make salads with legumes eg lentils and mix them with couscous. Mix it with seasonal vegetables, seafood, nuts, raisins or mushrooms.
