Minced soy is used like minced meat. With it we make all the dishes that we would make with minced beef. e.g. meatballs, burgers. It is a good alternative for vegans & vegeterians to enjoy their vegetarian delicacies. All it takes to cook is to hydrate before use. Boil the minced soy with water for 10 minutes, strain it and then add the ingredients that you would add to the minced meat.


Minced soy has many similarities with minced meet. They have a similar taste and smell, are cooked in almost the same way and require the same spices and herbs. We would say that their differences are in the final texture of the dishes we make. For example burgers are softer than what we would make with minced meat, but in terms of taste, we would say that when the food is cooked, one could not easily tell if it contains minced soy or minced meat.


Although it is a favorite food of vegetarians, others enjoy it the same, especially during fasting.
