A package with 35 round, very thin and fragile rice leaves, 22cm in diameter, to make spring rolls and fill them with all the ingredients of your choice. Impressive, original and ideal finger food for a buffet party.



How to use rice leaves

Pour into a bowl of lukewarm water and dip a sheet of rice and leave it inside for 3 minutes. Lay a towel on the kitchen counter and place on it, spread the sheet and dab it gently, just enough to absorb the water. Put the materials you want e.g. vegetables, chicken, shrimp, meat, soy minced meat, wrap tightly, sprinkle with dressing and soy sauce of your choice. Make rolls carefully and handle them gently because they are easy to puncture and damage.

Alternatively you can fry them lightly. After making the rolls, flour them and fry them on an extremely low heat and take them out very quickly because they burn easily. Then dip them in the dressing of your choice.
