Panco is baked and crushed bread crumbs and is used for breading. It is tasteless, has a crisp texture, whitish color, gives a voluminous result and gives a layer of crust to the gastronomic Asian creations. Panco has the advantage that after being fried it does not absorb oil, and thus gives us a crunchy, light and soft result without clogging our material. We recommend the use of spices and aromatic spices to flavor it.
